Depending on your order, a lighted mirror may or may not be dimmed. Orders through residential channels will receive standard dimmable leds, which can be dimmed by a 0-10V dimmer switch.

5000 Kelvin is our standard color temperature, which we recommend for bathroom use.

Normally our production period is about 40-45 days. In the case of client special request, we will speed up the production progress against the project time table provided before production.

For different countries and regions, the delivery time is different. Normally, for Southeast area, delivery time is 10-15 days; Middle east is15-18 days; Africa is 20-25 days; for Europe, the delivery time is 25-30 days; South America or North America, the delivery time is 25-30 days.

All of our lighted mirror are 3 years warranties.

We recommend at least 1” of clearance between the top of the mirror and the ceiling. This allows enough room to easily install and remove the mirror.
